DEMO DAY - showcase to the world

  • The why, how and when is important.
    Be very clear on WHY you need to raise funds? One cannot arbitrarily quote a fund raise amount. Think about how it will help the business grow.

  • Get you narrative right - As the business grows, focus shifts more to metrics than the narrative. Identify and track your key metrics early on.

  • Debt funds take VC investment as a sign of discipline. If VCs have invested in a company, their board, compliance etc. is taken as sound
